It's been very long day, and by now I'm sure this is old news, but I'm rejoicing because the "hip hop mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick has been sentenced to 24 hours of jail time for violating conditions of his bond.
He's already made a travesty of his position as mayor, and he's obviously not going down without a fight, but we're close to the end of Kilpatrick's "reign of terror." Thank you Judge Ronald Giles for acting appropriately.
