Usher Raymond released his highly anticipated new single "Papers" to radio on Monday, but apparently he's not in a hurry to sign final divorce papers to end his marriage to wife Tameka according to the New York Daily News. According to sources Tameka is ready to move on with her life and waiting for the singer to sign on the dotted line.
