The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that by day the Aletha Wright Administration Building across from Camden City Hall is a building for residents to file government paperwork. By night it's a refuge from the cold for the city's homeless. Camden County Freeholder Carmen Rodriguez, who lost a great-uncle years ago when he froze to death on a bench in Philadelphia, started the warming center three years ago.
