The Train Leads From Philly!

The Inauguration train will depart from Philadelphia today headed to Washington, D.C. with pit stops in Wilmington and Baltimore. The current temperature in Philly today is 8 degrees, so I guess it's too cold for the President-elect to travel through some of the more impoverished areas of the City of Brotherly Love to see where some of that bailout money could really be used. Sure we have to keep businesses afloat to keep the economy thriving, but black people continue to fall behind in the battle for some semblance of equality.

President-elect Obama will be departing from the 30th Street Station at around 11:00 a.m. according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
