"Notorious"

"Notorious," the biopic profiling rap legend Christopher (Bigggie) Wallace is getting 3 out of 4 stars from the New York Daily News. The film, produced by Sean Combs and Biggie's mother Voletta Wallace, premieres today and is directed by George Tillman. Newcomer Jamal Woolard is said not to disappoint, and Angela Bassett portrays Ms. Wallace in the movie.

Everyone in the hip-hop community knows this story by now, but Biggie was truly larger than life, and the fact that the film is getting positive reviews is refreshing.
