The New York Post reports that New York Knicks center Eddie Curry was slapped with a sexual harassment suit yesterday by former driver David Kuchinsky. Curry is also being accused of making racially insensitive remarks to Kuchinsky and not paying wages in a timely manner. Curry has been a constant underachiever as an N.B.A. player but is scheduled to make $9.4 million this year. This is the second high profile harassment suit against the N.B.A. team. Former employee Anucha Browne Sanders, claimed then-General Manager Isiah Thomas made advances on her. She settled for $11.5 million after winning at trial.
