R&B Singer Deborah Cox released her first studio album in six years titled "The Promise" this week. The album's lead single, produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and "Big Jim" Wright is titled "Did You Ever Love Me", is a poignant love song in which Cox openly sings about the good old days being long gone and questioning whether there ever was really love at all. This is unquestionably one of the best R&B love songs that I've heard in many years, and I admit that I'm not objective since I'm on record stating that Jam and Lewis are the greatest music producers of my generation.
Please give Ms. Cox some love and purchase "The Promise".
