Cities Now Needing Bailout Plans



Amid all of the chaos of the economic downturn, AIG has received bailout money in the billions; the big three auto makers are all seeking relief from the government; and now in separate articles, city of Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin says the city is in need of "federal rescue plan" according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Likewise the Detroit Free Press is reporting that the city of Detroit is in need of a $10 billion bailout. The $700 billion bailout money won't last long at this rate.
