The Philadelphia Daily News reports that 10 students were arrested, and charged with disorderly conduct at University City High School in West Philadelphia yesterday morning. These types of events go largely unreported on a national scale, but it's clearly affecting the student's ability to learn in the urban areas of our cities. If education is one of the top issues for black students, crime in the schools also has to be at the top of the list.
