My favorite "hip hop" mayor, Detroit's Kwame Kilpatrick is expected to be charged in the shoving incident with police that occurred on July 24th according to the Detroit Free Press. It shouldn't be long now before the residents of Detroit are taken out of their misery. Thank you, Kwame!
