Tameka Foster, wife of R&B singer Usher is recovering after suffering a cardiac arrest prior to undergoing a liposuction procedure in a Sao Paulo hospital. Tameka Foster, wife of R&B singer Usher is recovering after suffering a cardiac arrest prior to undergoing a liposuction procedure in a Sao Paulo hospital.
