The nonprofit Violence Policy Center has concluded it's study on black homicides, and Pennsylvania led the way with 37 homicides per 100,000 black residents in 2006. Michigan was second and Indiana was third. PA has finished 1st twice in the 3 years that the study has been conducted. The data was compiled with information received from the FBI.
