Well Sen. Barack Obama has indicated that he will be in Oxford, Mississippi tonight for the scheduled Presidential Debate, however, as of last night Sen. John McCain had not made travel arrangements.
With no bailout plan approved, McCain has an open excuse for not showing up, but Obama has indicated that if McCain is indeed a no show, that he will proceed alone in a Town Hall format. Should be interesting theatre.
