Quality Shopping in Inner City Philadelphia

Many inner city neighborhoods don't have quality shopping areas within walking distance. Philadelphia has been proactive in creating a 50 million dollar shopping plaza in West Philadelphia called the Park West Town Center Mall for it's residents. Hopefully more inner city areas will follow Philly's example.
